Anthology Stays (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a direct booking website at anthologystays.com (the “Site”) for short-term rental accommodations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site, make a booking, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us.

Booking Information
When you make a reservation through our Site (powered by the Hospitable booking widget), we collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Payment information — processed entirely by Hospitable’s payment processor; we do not store or access your card number
- Reservation details including dates, names and number of guests, and any special requests
Contact & Inquiry Information
If you reach out via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. These communications are retained in our customer records to provide support and follow-up.
Email Newsletter
If you opt in to our mailing list, we collect your email address and any preferences you indicate. Sign-up is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Website Analytics
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect standard analytics data, including:

Hospitable
Our booking widget and reservation management system. Hospitable processes your reservation details and handles payment processing on our behalf. Your payment information is governed by Hospitable’s privacy policy and their payment processor’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze aggregate Site usage. Data shared with Google Analytics is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Email Service Provider
We use a third-party provider to deliver transactional booking emails and optional marketing newsletters. Your email address is shared with this provider solely for the purpose of sending communications on our behalf. They are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
WordPress Hosting Provider
Our Site runs on WordPress. Our hosting provider may have incidental access to server log data, including IP addresses, as part of routine hosting operations.
Legal & Safety Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anthology Stays, our guests, or the public.
5. Property Devices & Technology
For the safety and security of our properties and guests, some or all of our properties use the following:
- Exterior security cameras (e.g., Google Nest) positioned at entrances and driveways only. We do not use interior video cameras of any kind.
- Smart locks that log access events — meaning a record of which access code was used and at what time. This data is used solely for guest support and security purposes.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge these devices are present and agree to their use as described above.
6. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS messaging at the time of booking or through a separate sign-up, you may receive booking updates and occasional marketing messages from Anthology Stays. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS communications is never a condition of making a booking with us.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law:
- Booking records are retained for seven (7) years for tax and legal compliance purposes
- General contact and inquiry records are retained for three (3) years after your last interaction with us
- Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not linked to your personal identity
