Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Anthology Stays website located at anthologystays.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, including browsing property listings, submitting an inquiry, signing up for our newsletter, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, guests, and others who access or use the Site. They do not replace your Rental Agreement, which governs the specific terms of your stay and is presented separately at the time of booking.
1. About Anthology Stays
Anthology Stays is a short-term rental company operating properties in Wisconsin. Our Site is built on WordPress and bookings are powered by the Hospitable booking widget. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms refer to Anthology Stays.

2. Use of the Site
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site submit an inquiry, or purchase any products from our shop. You must be 25 years of age to make a booking. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Permitted Use
You may use this Site for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Scrape, crawl, or copy content from the Site without our express written permission
- Use the Site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Account Registration

3. Bookings & Reservations
Bookings made through this Site are powered by the Hospitable booking platform. By completing a reservation, you agree to both these Terms and the separate Rental Agreement presented during the booking process. The Rental Agreement governs the specific terms of your stay, including check-in and check-out times, house rules, cancellation policy, and damage liability.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Rental Agreement with respect to your stay, the Rental Agreement controls.
Payment
Payment for bookings is processed by Hospitable’s payment processor. We do not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Hospitable’s payment terms and the policies of their payment processor.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your Rental Agreement and are presented to you before you complete your booking. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Accuracy of Listing Information
We make every effort to ensure that property descriptions, photos, amenities, and availability are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all listing content is error-free or that amenities will be available at all times. In the event of a material discrepancy, please contact us before or promptly upon arrival so we can work to resolve it.
4. Contact Form & Inquiries
Our Site includes a contact form for general inquiries. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to us contacting you in response. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking or create any contractual obligation on either party.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Response times may vary during peak seasons.
5. Email Newsletter
You may sign up to receive our email newsletter, which may include property updates, seasonal offers, local guides, and other content related to Anthology Stays. Sign-up is voluntary.
By subscribing, you consent to receive marketing emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. 6. Guest Reviews & User-Generated Content
We may invite guests to submit reviews or feedback about their stay for display on the Site. By submitting a review, you grant Anthology Stays a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to display, edit, and use your review on the Site and in our marketing materials.
You represent that your review is based on your genuine experience, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not:
- Contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person
- Include personal information about third parties without their consent
- Contain spam, promotional content, or links to third-party sites
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion, including reviews that violate these guidelines or that we determine are inappropriate. We are not obligated to publish any review submitted to us.
Reviews represent the opinions of individual guests and do not necessarily reflect the views of Anthology Stays.
7. Shop & Product Sales
Anthology Stays may in the future offer a shop on this Site featuring products for purchase, such as curated goods, locally sourced items, or branded merchandise.

Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order through our shop constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor at the time of order.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, costs, and return policies will be displayed on the shop page and at checkout. If you have questions about an order, please contact us at anthologystays@gmail.com.
Sales Tax
Where required by law, applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
8. Intellectual Property

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHOLOGY STAYS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANTHOLOGY STAYS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active guests via email.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and — where applicable — your Rental Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anthology Stays with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
